About Tuscarawas Valley Farmer's Market Food Hub

As the Tuscarawas Valley Farmers Market enters its 14th season of operation, we remain more committed than ever to the future of our local food economy! The Tuscarawas Valley Food Hub Initiative is the next step in developing a comprehensive plan to bring our restaurants and institutions into our local food economy.

We work closely with our two anchor produce growers, Weaver’s Truck Patch and Yoder’s Produce to provide access to fresh, nutrient dense, seasonal varieties of produce to local restaurants and institutions. Both growers have completed third party audits certifying they comply with Food and Safety Regulations.

Despite fluctuating produce prices, these two growers have committed to a flat-line price structure, creating a system of mutual support and trust. We are asking the buyer for a seasonal commitment to this arrangement.

$5 Delivery in Dover/New Phila or FREE pick-up at Tuscarawas Valley Farmers Market on Wednesday. (Please pickup orders between 2-5 PM.)

As a family we have been growing produce since 1995. The 50 acres we grow produce on is located in Fredericksburg, Ohio and operated by 2 brothers and their families. 

Meet Yoder's Family Produce

Jonas Yoder, full-time vendor

Located on 15 acres in Fredericksburg, Ohio we are a second-generation family farm with roots beginning in 1988. All family members contribute in the production of produce throughout the season beginning from starting seeds in the spring to harvesting squash in the fall.
